PRIME 4 Blank screen

I have a Prime 4 with a blank screen, i can see the screen backlit but no image upon boot. Ive tried everything here to no avail. I cant upgrade firmware because i cant see the screen. HELP

Search the forum, there is a button combo to press before turning the unit on that puts it into firmware upgrade mode for upgrading via PC.

i did search that before posting. i seen the one for the prime go, nothing for prime 4

Prime4:

Right deck: SHIFT + EJECT > Power ON

The doesnt work… It Still says “Prime 4 is not detected”.

Okay, so the display isn’t showing the update mode either?

I’d suggest to contact the retailer or support Support | Engine DJ.
