I have a Prime 2, and have been Djing for some years now, mostly with Pioneer gear.
I switched to Denon, purely for the lure of streaming services on the fly, which is great.
I really find mixing difficult on this unit, and I can’t quite put my finger on the problem.
When I try and blend 1 song into another, it doesn’t feel clean and tidy, like the Pioneer gear does.
I have put the unit into mono, and it seems better, but that small delay in my headphones is still there.
Could it be the routing of the sound through the headphones?
The inability to change the waveform doesn’t help, as the default is terrible, and rarely on point, it reminds me of dynamic analysis on Rekordbox - all over the place 🤦
