Buenas tardes, He actualizado mi Prime 2 con la versión 4.0 y veo que esta dando problemas con el audio, mi pregunta es . Al ser un controlador antiguo soporta esa actualización , puedo volver a una versión anterior. Gracias un saludo. Joel

What issues are you having? I’m a Prime 2 user too and I’m enjoying the update.
The problem is that as soon as I start playing music it has audio errors and I see that the waves of the song stop and continue, that is the error it did not do previously. I have factory reset and still have the same error.
Audible Audio errors? How does it sound?
It doesn ´t make noise , it just makes cuts durinb¡g playback
I guess a video of it happening would be useful here for diagnosis

More than an hour ago I factory reset it again and I’ve been using it for that long and it doesn’t give any errors, I also had no option to organize the play lists by order or bpm and now I can do it. Something very confusing but I hope she continues working correctly

Hi Joel.
This is (maybe) not firmware issue! Probably jog touch senzor failure - hardvare problem. Please Turn Off Vinyl button (vinyl mode) and try again payback.
