I updated to 3.3 a few weeks ago and have had nothing but nightmares since I updated to my SC5000 players. I’ve had little to no problems with my players with previous updates. If I can get pass “Media Ejected Improperly” at first it eventually will pop up anyway, typically when I’m scrolling. Any feedback on this?
Have you tested rollback the firmware to verify it is a firmware issue and not hardware?
That’s sounding like an intermittently connecting/disconnecting usb port.
Freezing, and displaying a media ejected improperly message… especially if you weren’t pulling usb drives out at the time
That’s a good point, and on that information I would be making a backup of my database.
Try a streaming service with no drive in use (essentially read-only mode) for maximum stability.
