Power supply for denon prime 4

DENON PRIME 4 My power supply got issue, can not turn on at all , now i want to fix that. Can all you can help me? How much volt and watt output for this? I take apart my denon and pickup power supply already !

Hey.

Firstly get in touch with inMusic and if it’s under warranty then it will be covered by a repair.

If not, you may want something like this: PCB, Internal Switching Power Supply - Denon DJ - SPSEP10651900

It is out of stock but could be the part. You will need to check the part numbers on your power supply to make sure it’s the one for the Prime 4.

I would suggest first taking it to any electronics repair shop as they may be able to replace any capacitors or transformers that may have blown.

The issue could be worse though so contact inMusic first and see if they can help.

Issue at power supply bro. Thks

The power supply is internal. It’s on a PCB. The cable is a standard IEC cable.

Is it the cable you need help with?

Can’t seem to go onto the internet at the moment without seeing this request for help with this user and his power supply. Some of the Facebook pics show that the user has soldered a completely inappropriate and incompatible power supply into the space on their prime PCB … it’s like refuelling a car with lemonade or tomato soup and wondering why it won’t start.
