Hello, can someone tell me which potentiometer for the (EQs) was installed in the Sc4 Live and where I can order it? My MID pot is dead. Denon support says I should contact the seller. He sent me the spare parts catalog for the SC4 controller, but it only consists of thousands of abbreviations and short names, without pictures. Can someone tell me which potentiometer I need or give me the spare part number directly so that I can order more from the dealer?
I’m a little disappointed that Denon and the seller can’t help better. I would solder the pot myself.
