because the parts need to be desoldered, it´s a better choice to send your device to a local repaircenter. Don´t do any repairs, if you don´t know what you do 
thank you! but I have already found on ebay, I will not change the motherboard for a single dead potentiometer

maybe some compressed air could help as well. but only if it is not physically damaged.
it still does not work with special potentiometer cleaning product, you have to disassemble everything to change the part.
