If anyone is having trouble with their play pause button you may need to shave down the point of contact were the large plastic button meets the actual button. I takes some time getting the thing apart enough to do it but thats it . it was bugging me until it just sucked too much so i tackled the endevour and got it done. Thought about buying new parts but that proved to be useless so blamo there you go.
And how do you do this ? Do you a video or pictures to explain ? Play cue buttons on prime 4 are crap. I’ve been always careful with my gear, but certain parts, view button/faders/play cue buttons are very poor quality
I just broke down the player and sanded down the contact point cause the little “feet” they have on the plastic button wore down a little.
