Pitch range issue on Prime SC600Ms

Hi guys,

thanks in advance for your time reading my question!

I got the folllowing question: since the latestrecent update of Engine DJ and Egine OS , i cant change the pitch range ( 20%/50%/100%, etc) with the " +" and " -" buttons which are placed below the pitcher on the player ( situated at the down right edge )

Also when i go into the settings i sometimes can change it ( lets say to 20%), but often the range ( which is shown on the players ) just jump to another value again ( lets say 100%) by itself …( i hope i can explain accordingly)… When i load a track , there is showing a certain pitch range, sometimes 50%, sometimes 20%, sometimes 100% , and its " freezed" so to say , not possible to change it with the “+” or " - "buttons

Does somebody of you know how i can fix this? To set it iike it worked before the updare?

i also tried to find the solution in Engine DJ on the PC but cant find the solution…

In my experience, the jump can happen when you use SYNC.

Did you change that in settings yet, do you need to hold SHIFT down to enable range changes using the + and - button?

The only other scenario i have encountered this was when my library was converted from another sofware. The fix was to REANALYSE my library in Engine DJ.

Thank xou for your quick answers… there was no analyzing in another software… the phenomenom began since the update last week… But i will try your tip with the SHIFT!
