Performance pads not available

Hey guys,

I‘ve added my music library to my internal drive of my Prime 4+ and everything is fully analyzed as well.

But I am not able to use any feature of the performance pads, especially the hot cue feature is crucial to me.

Does anyone has an idea what the cause can be?

Perhaps a video of the issue will help people diagnose.

Check the safety settings. There you can enable and disable:

  • Needle Search / Track scrubbing during Playback
  • Load new Track to Deck during Playback
  • The entire performance pad section (they won’t light up then)

Probably you have option 3 disabled accidentally. To double-check, you can also go to your Layout Manager setting and see if you have performance pads GUI enabled. They get shown in the performance mode then and should correctly display your Cue names and colors (indicating your export was succesful)
