Pc broke / no more mp3 playlist

I lost my MP3 playlists and their original folder structure (my PC broke). My USB drive is working perfectly on my Prime Go. From the usb drive is it possible to create back a new playlist - not in engine dj only- on my new PC with the MP3s (playable in my car, for example) and with the same folder structure (like the original folders)? Thanks

You might want to feed a LLM like chatGPT or Claud with this case. Describe the problem extensive, mention all the helpful software you have (EngineDJ/mp3tag/excel/etc and your operating system). Ask the llm to write a detailed instruction to recover your music.
