if someone’s determined to record something, they’ll do it - regardless of whether it’s stored locally or being streamed.
Fully agree PK, doesn’t stop them getting all shirty about DJ sets on YouTube etc though does it. Remember the old days when record labels used to put vinyl promos out cos they wanted us playing their music in clubs, bars etc.
One step I feel like could happen is being able to prepare tracks and playlists within the EngineDJ desktop app then load it to the standalone.
