"Hi, I am unable to create new playlists. Since upgrading to Engine 5.0, most of my old playlists have disappeared, and I cannot edit any previous playlists from the left panel.
Sometimes, when I manage to create a playlist, I cannot rename or even delete it unless I do it directly from the controller. I tried connecting a brand-new, clean USB drive, but the exact same issue occurs. I also tried downgrading to version 4.3.4, but it didn’t help. I’m completely stuck and unable to work. This is very frustrating."
I’m having the same problem! But in my case, it started back in version 4.3.4; I even reformatted the notebook—it worked again for a short while, but then the problems started up again.
