No Wifi signal detected Prime Go (local speed test is fine on phone)

Hi All,

Strange one. Wifi signal local to my prime go is fine through a speed test on my phone, however there is no wifi signal on my prime go (so cant connect to tidal). When in utility my network is showing but wont connect. Wifi signal icon on op left of unit is blank? Any ideas?

Can you plug cable direct from router? Thanks

Yes you can plug ethernet cable direct to router

5GHz surely works.

Please try to set your WiFi router/access-point to channels/band lower than 100. It’s better for overall compatibility.
