Hi all!
I just took my new Denon DJ SG 4 controller out of the box. After registering and adding Apple Music, I downloaded a few songs to try it out. No sound at all from the onboard speakers. I made sure there’s some volume on the knobs. Any ideas?

Is this the SC Live 4? There is a Speaker ON/OFF switch right under the display … is it set to ON? I do not have Apple Music, so I am not sure if that could be the issue, but have you tried playing music from a different source, like a USB drive or your Engine DJ library?
