No more one Jog for Mixstream Pro after upgrade to 3.2

After upgrade to 3.2 deck 2 jog doesn’t work anymore in any mode, scratch , pitch-bend, etc. I even cannot adjust the beat-grid from console if I need. Already try reset hardware, no effect. Any advice, please reply. Thank you!

I’d try to reinstall the OS on the hardware again to see if that helps

I tried all from 3.00 to 3.2… no way to work

When you install the OS, can you tell me if it auto restarts on it’s own once the update is completed?

I just finished now, fixed! Was hardware issue not software. One cold contact at the jog plug, I remake all the soldering points and is done.
