No Cover Arts, what's wrong

I struggle with a small, but important issue for me, to like Denon products. I’m a “visual person” and I need the visual album cover to quickly identify songs. On my MacBook Pro 14" with Ventura 13.4, after reinstalling Engine DJ 3.1, there are no album covers in the library (there never were). On an older computer, iMac, running MOJAVE and still using iTunes, I can see the album covers. However, the new version of Engine DJ starting from 3.1 requires an operating system update, and naturally, I’m afraid of losing my cover arts. Is there a setting that I overlooked?

Other music programs like VirtualDJ, Serato DJ Pro, and djay Pro AI don’t have this problem.

Best regards, Karsten

It’s an Apple problem not a Denon one. You can see in your folder structure that the tracks have no art applied to the file itself. Apple don’t know how to solve it.

My advice is not to point your disappointment at iNmusic as this is completely out of their control.

On the Serato thing, ive just opened DJ Pro and its definitely an issue there, files that have artwork displayed in Apple Music, dont have it applied in the folder system and dont display it in Serato.
