New SC6000 Gen 2 and Mixer coming soon?

Last time I mentioned that the p4 inventory seemed to be strategically winding down to make room for the new Prime 4, and sure enough, we got the release of the new Prime 4 G2. With the MPCe included and all of its new features, this thing is absolutely :fire: and feels like a major step forward for the DJ industry.

Now, it looks like inventory for the SC6000 and X1850 is also sold out or significantly depleted. So, what do you guys think—are we about to see a new SC6000 G2 and a new X1850?

Personally, I’m not buying a used set for a couple of reasons:

A) Some sellers on eBay and Facebook Marketplace are asking more than the original retail price for heavily used, beat-up units.

B) I’m not paying above retail for used gear, especially when the condition is crappy, used, beat up.

So, what’s everyone’s take? Do you think Denon DJ is preparing to release updated SC players and a new mixer sometime soon? What you guys think and has anyone heard of any credible information or noticed other signs pointing in that direction.

let them fix the drivers issue first, then they can release whatever they want

Some interviewed an A.I.. It predicted the successors will appear first quarter 2027.

And I agree, these moon prices are a rip-off on people who depends on it.

Smaller Shops where the SEO is not State of the art might still have them in stock as they aren’t crawled by price comparison services all the time.

For example this music store in Hamburg / Germany still offers the sc6000 at the good ol’ price.

The store exists, I’ve been there :wink:
