I’m testing using the new Ableton Link feature with Traktor so I can use my Remix Decks with my Denon Prime 4 and my Denon SC600’s. So far, it works great from a syncing perspective but can anyone give me guidance on how I can output my Traktor decks into my Prime 4 into Decks 3 & 4?
I’m hoping to get the best of both worlds.

You can’t. The unit is either standalone or computer. No in between.
You can use the p4 as a Traktor controller and sound card then use the 6000 as standalone using ableton link to sync bpm.
I think the only way to do what u want is using and external soundcard like audio 6/8/10 and connect to Prime 4 as analog line input on channel 3&4 but you need another extra controller to control Traktor
