Greetings all,
I’ve encountered a perplexing issue on my Denon SC6000M that I’m hoping someone might be able to help me solve.
During my DJ sets, I make use of both layers on the player. An integral part of my workflow involves relying on the visual beat alignment display (the parallel rectangles on the screen) which allows me to quickly see the current beat position for each track.
Unfortunately, I’ve been experiencing a glitch. Whenever I switch between layers, the beat alignment for the layer that isn’t currently active defaults to and freezes at the fourth beat, regardless of which beat I switched at. This essentially leaves me unable to track the non-active layer’s beat alignment visually, hindering my performance.
To illustrate this problem more clearly, I’ve attached a video. It demonstrates that when I switch layers, the non-active layer’s beat alignment immediately moves to the fourth beat and halts there, while the active layer’s beat alignment continues to update as expected.
Any advice or solutions to this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
