Hey guys, I have 2 SC6000s and a x1850 mixer. I recently got a Nanoleaf setup and am unable to get the lights to connect properly. Let me explain.
I pair the nanoleaf setup to the players. They connect properly, show connected to the player, and will flash when clicking on the shapes to show they are connected properly. The nanoleaf app shows they are in streaming mode. Playing music the lights do not light up. Changing any of the lighting settings on the SC6 does not change anything on the nanoleaf. The nanoleaf only seems to work while pressing down the white out button in the lighting settings.
I’ve confirmed everything is set to 2.4 wifi, made sure my 2.4 and 5 wifis are split as I saw other people talking about this issue.
I’m at a loss at what other steps to take as I can’t find any other people having these issues.
