My windows 3.1.1 software isn't working?

The last time I ‘linked’ my Windowws 10 laptop to the 2tb SSD drive in Prime 2 and ‘synced’ them everyhing was fine and all my folder structures appeared.

Yesterday I tried exporting three playlists (around 10gb) to a USB stick and although the music files are on the USB there is no folder structure?

I tried a couple of different USB drives and also a Sandisk Extreme 1tb SSD drive but nothing is working :frowning:

In desperation I deleted the 3.1.1. version of the Desktop windows software and all my previously analysed files and reinstalled it.

Now I can’t even ‘drag’ any folders into my collection to reanalyse them?

What is going wrong?

Did you remove all engine library folders? C, D, E, F

This topic title made me think you had troubles with Windows 3.11 for a second :rofl:

That seems to have ‘done the trick’ not sure what went wrong there?

Just gotta reimport all my crates now!
