Updated my Engine DJ Software and Engine DJ Hardware/Prime Go and after using my Go for a while, it’s now stuck on the shut down screen. It just won’t shut down. Lights on my board are uneven, some lit some not. This is extremely frustrating. Not only that but earlier I couldn’t eject my SD card from the Engine DJ Software, it said it was still in use or still processing. It would never unfreeze from that screen. I finally had to shut down the whole computer (Mac). What is going on?
