Mixtream pro is stuck repetitively rebooting

Hello people,

My mixtream pro is stuck repetitively rebooting when one tried to power up.

I had just upgraded to v 3.0.0 via web, and I let it fully finish - waiting 10min with a black screen. as it had failed to reboot after updating. When I manually powered up, I get a the loading screen cycling on and off.

What I think went wrong was that I had a Roland um-one usb/midi dongle connected while the update process happened (just testing it to see if AbeltonLink or something would work) and it failed to complete the upgrade process. Is there any way of forcing a factory reset on boot up? I have tried placing the .img usb file on an external usb thumb drive, but that does not work either. Please advise.

try the usb update method.

remove all the connected usb accessories just to be safe.

FYI to peeps from the future. This only worked for me using the updater app, not the usb method, and I had to do it twice, before it completed updating.
