MC6000 buttons are not illuminating...? (Solved)

Hello,

For some reason buttons are not illuminating at my DMC6K

I use MacBook Pro os x 10.6.8 Traktor 2.5.1 Latest Firmware for The DNM6K published June 2012 TSI File: MC6000_MAP_V1020_TKP_DENON_2012.4.24

I restarted couple of times MacBook, and the DNMC but nothing happens. Everything wotrks fine except all the buuton illumination which is really annoying.

Can someone help me?

Hello, Sorry for the late answer!

Look what i have discovered

when i am following the below procedure

1.Power ON MacBook with no usb connected 2.Plug In DMNC6K USB 3.Open Traktor 4.Power ON DNMC6K

Then NO lights are illuminating in the DNMC6K, but everything else works perfect

when i am following the below procedure

1.Power ON MacBook with no usb connected 2.Plug In DMNC6K USB 3.First power ON DNMC 4.Then Open Traktor

Then everything is back to normal. All lights on the DNMC are illuminating and everything works fine!

Does anyone know why this is happening?

It’s the same with VDJ, you must have the controller started first. Normal behaviour.

The correct order is:

  1. Power ON MacBook with no usb connected
  2. Plug In DMNC6K USB
  3. Power ON DNMC6K
  4. Open Traktor
