Hi all, I’d be grateful of some assistance in fixing this issue.
Somehow I have touched a button on my MC 4000 and now music loaded on deck 1 only plays by using a sample pad. Have I entered the advance pad mode? If so how can I fix it?
Deck 1 visually plays a loaded track but there’s no sound in the cue headphones or master to the speakers. Deck 2 plays normally as it should.
Using Serato DJ Pro software.
I’ve raised a ticket with Denon Support
