Dear Community:
As you can see in the video below, the LEDs on my brand new Denon Prime Go light up perfectly at boot up, but then won’t turn on at all during playback, even when the master and channel gain knobs are turned all the way up.
I’ve even tried turning the EQ and MIC knobs all the way up, but the master LEDs remain unresponsive.
The unit is transmitting audio just fine, as I can hear the music on my headphones and speakers. I have a mixer connected to the master output as well, which is receiving a loud signal.

I’m running firmware version 2.3.1 (447fb41c27).
I’ve searched the forums and found threads with similar issues on the Prime 4, but it seems no one is having the same issue on the Prime Go.
Has anyone bumped into this issue? What are your thoughts or do you have any ideas as to what I may try?
