Since the V2.0 update, I’ve had this happen on a couple of rare occasions, but today it’s been happening quite frequently. This happens randomly & it’s very difficult to replicate, but it seems to happen a bit more frequently after doing a search. Basically what happens is when I press a loop roll, the entire unit seems to get stuck / freeze on that roll. The waveforms on the screen stops scrolling and the entire unit is unresponsive whilst this is happening. The audio is stuck on whatever loop roll you were using. It eventually comes out of it & things continue as normal. If you trigger another roll directly after that, it works fine without any freezes at all. But… this really is a serious problem that needs to be addressed ASAP.
Pls add to the bug report here.

Thank you
Done, sorry I didn’t see that post before making this one. Probably coz it’s under SC6000. But def the same problem.
I know. That’s why you got the link😉.
No worries.
Yes happens on my Prime 4, happened twice today. Messed up a recording!!! I won’t using the performance pads now which is a huge shame.
You got the link so you know what you got to do now right?
It would be nice to have a video to go with it too.
Nice one crazycraig for posting video, mine does exactly the same.
J’avais eu se même bogue ya pas très longtemps sa a fait exactement comme tu le décris
I can confirm I’ve had the same thing happen on my P4 using 2.0. During the glitch the P4 is unresponsive.
The issue is already logged by Denon, I’m sure it will be addressed with the upcoming 2.0.1 FW.
Thanks rcatelli. I wasn’t aware that this issue had been logged & addressed as no-one from Denon had responded yet.
Does anyone know whether this particular issue has been resolved with V2.0.1?
@crazycraig i believe it has I’ve not experienced any freezing pads since updating.
