Hi - I recently purchased the Prime 4+ and it came pre loaded with some demo tracks which I really liked. However since upgrading the software these seem to have disappeared? (Is this usual?) Does anyone have a list of the tracks (about 5 I think) - one of them was by Janson/Jansens or something similar - I’d really like to find these again. Also if someone knows how to restore them if possible? Many thanks in advance!
They have not disappeared. You can make them appear by enabling a setting in the user settings menu, or in the console setup.
And on top of this, also make sure you don’t have another drive plugged in. If I remember correctly they appear if there’s no other source.
You are right
Thanks for replies - however still can’t get them to show up / find them 1: I have the “show demo tracks” selected in utilities menu 2: I have installed an internal SSD drive - as MrWilks says above - could this be why?
Failing anyone knowing how to fix - can someone send me a list of the demo tracks please?
SSD installed - see reply below - could this be why?
That’s the reason unfortunately. There can’t be any drives connected to the units as they’re “get you started” tracks for people with no music to play with.
They’re good for shop demos so they don’t have to have USB sticks in them or the “just opened on Christmas day” tester tracks.
It would be nice to have them show all the time so a feature request maybe a good way to start conversation and judge if others feel the same.
When I jump on mine tomorrow I’ll send a list of them. They are pretty good.
Hi again Mr Wilks - did you have a chance to look at those tracks at all?
Many thanks

Many thanks in advance!
Ah you absolute star - thanks so much - really appreciate it! Jansons Boxed was the one I was after!
