Hello. Just bought a Denon Prime 4 and I’m running into issues with my left job wheel.
It isn’t calibrated correctly and not sure how to resolve the issue. I’ve “recalibrated” via the menu but didn’t work.
The white ring around the wheel keeps coming on when I’m not touching the device at all and sometimes stops the music entirely even tho it says a track is playing.
Any advice?

Have you removed the protection foil from the platter?
Might be best to check with the retailer or contact Support | Engine DJ and create a ticket there.
Yes I’ve removed the protection foil from the platter and made sure the surge protector I’m using is grounded. I bought this second hand offline so no return option unfortunately.
Some times having dry hands can affect it like it won’t regconjze you touch I had a problem with mine when not doing anything when I moved it. Sometimes I though even not being grounded my self effected it I would reach back and put my Finger on the the ground lug for phono input and that helped Was in a motor home
