Left deck on Prime GO is not going out on master.

The left deck on my Prime GO doesn’t sound on the master, it was working just fine and from one event to another the left channel stopped working. It does sound on the headphones but it doesn’t seem to make it to the master output.

I tried updating to the latest firmware and also did a Default Reset but still doesn’t work… I also checked the crossfader, gains on the channel and the Sweep FX.

Everything else is working just fine (loops, pads, effects, BPM, Pitch), it loads the track and basically everything but to actually sound…

I’m a mobile DJ so this is my income and I need to fix it ASAP… Anybody else having the same issue?

Thanks.

You’ll need to drop back to your backup device/playout solution, and submit the Go for repair.

Anything can become faulty, regardless of manufacturer or price point

It’s worth checking any crossfader assignments, filters etc

Long shot, but could be the “sweep fx”-button that’s turned all the way to either side. Then it’ll play in headphones, but not via the master.

Just a try… you also have a stereo / mono switch at the back. Iam not sure how this switch affects the master out. Never used it

iam wrong… when set to mono, the mono signal is summed through both channels (left / right)

Temporarily you can switch to mini and use just the working side until you get a fix in place. It sounds to me like it needs a repair.

EDIT: Switch to ‘mono’ (autocorrect).

Checked that, no Sweep FX on the channel… :frowning:

What do you mean by mini? I mean, yeah the other deck works just fine but I can’t mix like that. Im having to finish a track using FX to play the next one…

I hope I don’t have to send it to repair but I’ve tried everything. Just wondering if anybody else had the same issue but can’t seem to find another post about it…

Tnx tho.

Yeah, sounds like it’s gonna have to go for repair… Luckily I do have a backup gear but it runs with computer. That’s why I got the GO, cuz its standalone… Anyways, thank you!

I thought it was the output channel.

If it’s the mixer channel then yeah, no fix unless it’s sent in for repair I guess.
