I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the technical assistance and availability of spare parts for the DENON SC LIVE 4 DJ equipment, which I purchased on 06-09-2023.
After only a few uses, an accidental liquid spill occurred on the equipment, for which I take full responsibility. Knowing that the warranty would not cover such damage, I sought an electronics repair company to clean the equipment in an attempt to minimize the problem. Unfortunately, the equipment’s LCD stopped functioning after the incident.
I was then directed to Serviset – Portugal, where I was informed that they did not have spare parts for repairs and were no longer DENON representatives in Portugal. Subsequently, I was advised to contact Decibelios Córdoba, DENON’s technical assistance representative in Spain. However, after nearly two months of waiting, I have yet to receive a detailed estimate. I was only sent a list of parts that “might” need replacement, without any indication of prices.
I find it unacceptable that a prestigious brand like DENON does not have spare parts available for a product that is still being sold. Additionally, the technical support has proven to be extremely inefficient, with undefined deadlines and a lack of commitment to customer service.
Do you know where i cant buy a new or used one?
