The touch capacitive jog wheel on my brand new unit is not responding to my hand on the platter. I have it in Vinyl mode and it’s connected to my DDJ-1000SRT running on MacBook Pro 2021 model.
Has anyone else experienced this. Is there a fix?
i assume you removed the protective plastic from the platter and that it’s properly grounded? Also, make sure not to touch the platter as it boots up.

LC when used via usb power only is grounded as good as Your laptop…
Hey man yes plastic removed.
Using it on power using supplier cable. Not sure how to ground it, it doesn’t have the grounding screw as on the DDJ1000SRT.

So, does it act the same if you use the supplied power plug?

If it locks up again just unplug laptop charger. For a minute or two. I used to have this on the 7000s using a cheapo eBay macbook charger.
