I picked up a couple of LC6000’s to use with my Prime4. When I first plugged them in, both worked fine. Now one of them doesn’t fully boot. It gets my custom logo from the prime 4 so I know it’s communicating, but I can’t load anything, the color ring doesn’t come on and none of the buttons work. Is there a way to reset? Or did I get a dud?
Did you change something on the connection ? Have you tried connecting the LC to a PC and open Serato?
Have you got much else plugged into the prime 4 USB ports? Charging iPads? Cooling fans? See-what-you’re-doing LED gooseneck lamp?
Have you tried using the power supply which came with the LC units ?
I tried both USB ports the power adaptor, different usb cables. The other LC6000 works fine.
