Hello can you attach a lamp to one of the 2 usb ports on the denon sc4? I use it at night and would like to have a little more light
They dont look powered to me but i may be wrong. They are shown on the tech specs as being for âUSB drivesâ.
Usb drive also needs power to function. Connecting a generic usb lamp that needs 100-200mA at 5V will work just fine.

Yes you can use usb lights (LED) or plug controller onto a 4way extension and plug controller in. Then you can plug a phone charger in. Cordless mic if you use one and a small lamp
Ah thats a fair point, i might pick one up from Amazon on black friday in that case.
Any recommendations on a good USB Led lamp from amazon?
Too bad the mic XLR input wasnât phantom powered, that would work as a task light plugin. Thereâs lots of XLR mixing board lights out there.
the current ârecommendedâ one on there looks good to me, gooseneck design and only ÂŁ8.
I just bought this one https://www.amazon.pl/dp/B0193FX176?smid=A2R2221NX79QZP&ref_=chk_typ_imgToDp&th=1
thats the one i saw.
Delivery day is on Thursday, so I can take same pictures and post them here If You want.
Yeah it would be interesting to see how it illuminates the device. I have a Prime 2 so im thinking itll be ideal for darker gigs.
I also have Prime 2 I have LED USB lamp already but its too short
I ordered this and it arrives on Wednesday, then post photos
Lamp came today. Its bright, flexible and has good shape retention. Its has 3 brightness levels. The video is shoot in dark room https://photos.app.goo.gl/VcAN6HKiHE8vc2tz5
