So you feel the need to complain about something that isn’t in this topic?
It’s like starting a discussion at the bakery about the bad meat from the butcher…

Go look at the first post above and tell me what it’s about? Did I misread it or is this exactly what it’s about? ahahah
Can’t you see they’re all on the same side? They’re accusing me of talking about a topic that has nothing to do with this discussion, when the very first post above is actually talking about this! However, the fact remains that this update is full of problems, a real embarrassment on all social media!
You read a LOT between the lines. NO ONE in this topic is stating a problem doesn’t exist.
You come into this topic and tell people to shut-up. Or didn’t I understand your comment?
Hello everyone, good afternoon. My experience with Denon was not the best. The customer service is awful, they don’t have a repair center, and the replacement parts are very expensive. I will never buy Denon products again. Very bad experience, very expensive equipment of very poor quality. They always have problems with the jog wheels. I don’t recommend them; save your money.
“Always” does sound statistically unlikely.
I couldn‘t agree more. Thanks god I left AlphaTemu for good. Felt almost bad for those $3500 XDJ-AZ buyers who got welcomed with a dislocated main screen right after unboxing. Or those people who couldn’t play on their club standard CDJ3000 due to a wrecked v3.3 database. Or Opus Owners that got nearly non of the long-promised firmware updates. Okay, maybe all that fancy multi-core CPU stuff (we have since 2017) might just overwhelmed them a little, so maybe something older like the SX3 will do, right? Oooops, nope, complete audio and LED failure on an entire production batch. My SX1 had issues with a Pfl LED and headphone port, albeit gentle and occassional use. My DJM-400 lost it‘s mirrored main outputs (‚Booth what is that? Not needed for our 2Ch mixers‘) at once until I replaced a cooked resistor. And then of course, flimsy Ethernet and USB ports on several on their (overpriced) products. Oh well.

Hello everyone, good afternoon. My experience with Denon was the best. The customer service is fantastic, they have the best repair center, and the spare parts are reasonably priced. I will never buy products from another brand again; Denon is the best. The best experience, inexpensive equipment of excellent quality. I’ve never had any problems, not even with the jog wheels. I recommend them; save your money and buy Denon. The intention is clear; they don’t even say where they’re from or what equipment they have, etc… it’s clear what they want. My opinion is what I’ve described, although I’m sure some won’t like that it’s so positive.
Very long term Denon dj user here as well. Since day 1 I never had any major issue with Denon dj gear. Once had a broken fader in my X1800, but they handled it within 5 days including shipping!
That was very well done. All software updates so far work for me perfectly good, even as I owned a lot of SC5000’s, SC6000’s and several All in one units for many of my gigs. The gear never failed me. I set up
I’ve put my SC Live 4 once on a 16 hour long marathon with various djs playing on it in different ways - not even a glitch. All djs happy with the gear.
As I fix and develop stage equipment for a living, I can tell, that components inside Denon gear are very good quality and they are made to last. Faders and switches - these are consumables, like on every gear. If you care about your gear - they will last too…
