GM all.
My right jog is not responding correctly in vinyl mode. When I touch the top, it responds like a nudge, not a scratch. This only happens when the track is playing. When the track is paused, it responds as expected. Left jog works fine.
A couple qualifiers:
-yes, vinyl mode is on
-I don’t see a calibration option in settings. But I’m new to Denon so could be missing it.
-the protector/sticker is removed
-the jog is clean
-I tried using a different power cable
-i tried in two separate locations, in different outlets, and used a power strip
-the prime 4 is second hand, apparently purchased ~1.5 years ago
