Jog wheel noise Sc6000

Hi, I have a Denon SC6000 that makes a rolling noise when I turn the jog wheel. I also have an SL6000 that doesn’t do it. Can you tell me if it’s normal or if it needs to be repaired? I leave you 2 videos. The one that sounds and the one that doesn’t. Thank you so much

Neither of my SC6000s make that noise when turning the jog wheel.

I would get in contact with support if they are under warranty.
