I had to get my laptop updated (hard drive) and Windows 10 installed. After downloading Engine DJ 4.2.1, I noticed it will not Update iTunes Library like before. I un-installed 4.2.1 and re-installed 4.0.1 to try that but no success. When selecting the Update option on the Music icon, it shows the spinning arrow for about 2 seconds and disappears without proceeding.
Anyone else have these issues. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I put in a ticket with Support about 2 days ago and haven’t heard back yet.
