Itunes import issues?

Hi all,

I’m new to this - so apologies is this has already been answered (but I can’t seem to find it…).

I have a prime 4 and I’m using the Engine DJ to import around 3000 songs in my ITunes catalogue / play lists, but I seem to have two issues…

  1. not all the play lists are importing from Itunes to EDJ - even though I have check the source of the XML link etc…

  2. on some of the play lists not all of the songs are importing - i.e. 50 songs out of a play list of 130…

any help / guidance would be gratefully received as i’m hitting my head against a brick wall at the moment!

Cheers

Hi I’m having the same problem, hopefully someone will be able to give us advice, I’m going to start from scratch again tomorrow and reinstall the SATA card, for some reason my prime four reads it then it stops, I have the latest update.

So I done a fault finding steps to find out what was wrong.

  1. Checked SATA card, all ok.
  2. Checked data cable all ok.
  3. Checked ITunes found some of my tracks were read only, sorted that.
  4. Bought a new a new [Dual HDMI docking station ICZI] for my MacBook with USB 3.0.
  5. Deleted Engine DJ and reinstalled.

This now all seems to work, will update if it does fail in the future.

Are they all purchased tracks (no rented Apple Music subscription tracks)?

FYI Apple Music tracks won’t play outside of Apple’s own software.

Hi everyone, I have the same problem… And I haven’t yet found a solution… Try several times to refresh the iTunes library(Music) without success, you you have other suggestion. I have imported in Engine my playlist but, just some songs have been imported. Could someone suggest a solution to import all the songs.

Hi, I had the same problem, look at my post above, in short I started again and all is now sorted, the ITunes download does have problems, delete all in your collections or playlists and start again. This should sort it all out. :pray:t3:
