Issue with support emails being blocked for some reason

Recently I have had to contact SoundSwitch about a license issue (used FB Messenger as before) and was told to email. Never got a reply and it seems there is an issue with their system where if you have had previous support tickets the email address is getting blocked.

I also noticed this about a month ago where I had replied to a Denon ticket and never got a reply.

It turns out they finally got my message which I responded to, and now I’ve had a follow up email asking me to reply which I did straight away but it seems that has not been received by support.

This is a serious issue so can someone please look at this as it is affecting the level of support available to customers and causing people to think they are being ignored.

Looks like Bryan reached out a few days ago. Can you check your spam?

Yes I got a reply from Bryan which I then replied to. But since then I’ve heard nothing and I got the following email which says to me that SS never received a reply which I definitely sent.

If you want I can try contacting again to see if it gets through?

This seems to have been an issue for years now.

I’ve now received an email saying the case is resolved?

It gives an option to login and review the case notes, but lo and behold it won’t let me log in.

Your support system really is an utter mess.

@Rob_Gaudet any update on this issue? Has the problem with emails not being received been resolved and why can’t I sign in to view the case notes?

Go into your inbox and reply back to the last email. Looks like they’re going through. I can have Bryan reach out directly as well!

@Rob_Gaudet I sent the test email but never got an auto reply or a human response so can assume there’s still a problem.

Also why can’t I log in to view the ticket?
