Issue with right pitch fader with v4.2.0

I’ve not used my prime go for a while and so when I booted it up this morning and updated it, I noticed something that I’ve never seen before: the right pitch fader is buggy and has become useless. Instead of limiting itself to the -8..+8 range, it’s range is random between -6 and +4 and heavily fluctuating. Touching the fader itself seems to have an effect as well.

This seems to be a software issue, as I’ve only experienced this after updating to 4.2.0 (with controller v00.62).

I’ve tried rebooting and setting different ranges, but the problem persists. So I rolled back the firmware to v4.0.1 and controller firmware 00.59, and the problem is gone. Is this a known issue?

No problems with my Prime go. Try factory reset. If that not works it is probably HW fault.

One common problem with equipment not used for log time is corrosion of internal connections. Check all ribbon cables and connectors inside.

I notice my SC Live 4 has some pitch issues on a scale of 0.02 +/-. did some weird shiftings, which arnt a big issue but does make a bit of a difference. I downgraded to 4.1
