Issue: Keep the vinyl mode off my Prime 4

Hi everyone, I would like to get some quick advice to solve this issue, because I’ve got a gig with this deck after 7 hours.

My prime 4 left platter keeps vinyl mode off, doesn’t matter whether vinyl mode button is on or off. It means I can’t scratch when a song is playing, for example.

I calibrated the platter touch sensitivity, but wasn’t for this solution.

Does anyone have some idea for this problem?

I just found this solution by myself.

I re-installed the same version of the Engine OS via USB update then now all fine.

So maybe when you get some other functional error, re-installation might help as an option.
