The majority of staff that participate in the forum all have other roles and responsibilities within the company. As much as we’d like to, many of us simply do not have the bandwidth to engage on a regular basis. This is not to intentionally ignore discussions, we just have other priorities that require our attention. In most cases, our passionate community is able to answer general questions but if you are in need of Technical Support, it is best to reach out to them directly via the link below.
The feature request section is purely to collect feedback from our customers. While we review and consider these suggestions regularly, we do not discuss implementation details or timelines. We prefer to hear how you would like to see something implemented.
