Incorrect BPM Analysis effecting Prime 4 Effects

I believe since the BPM analysis is inaccurate, many BPM effects sound off since they are not being calculated corrected to sound right.

Of course, they are nearly all BPM FX, so BPM must be right for the FX to sound right.
