Just to let anyone who uses Imgur know, our accounts and photos are now blocked in the UK!!!
Thanks to the morons who have been running our country for the past 2 decades, we now cant access the website at all, and any links to our existing photos have been removed, so any photos you may have linked here, will have disappeared.
Does that have anything to do with the efforts to identify age of people?

I’ve been reading up and turns out they told the government they weren’t doing all the verification stuff they wanted, so we’re going to be fined, so they just pulled the whole site from the UK.
I think pr0nhub did similar. It’s been a tech battle for a while.

We have the same idiots here in France… At least you managed to escape the EU, which imposes all these standards. You now have the power to fire your idiots.
Even if we fire our idiots, they’ll be replaced by other idiots cloned and subservient to Brussels.
In a way, I envy you because you’ve come halfway to getting off this sinking ship. Now you only have to do the other half.
I don’t use Imgur and don’t know much about it, but, according to this BBC article
“Imgur said in the help article on its US website that UK users could exercise their rights under data protection law and request to receive a copy of their data or request to delete their account.”
I’m assuming that the whole URL is not blocked and you can get to that page if you want to recover your “data”. Whatever that is

Yeah that’ll work, but we shouldn’t have to.
People will get to stiff regardless if they want to, all this has done is push them to even more sordid sources of material like the dark web etc.
The trouble is, it has been both parties who have contributed to this coming into play. And if you ask me whether I’d like the current ‘alternative’ to those two parties voted into power, no thank you I’ll give that a miss.
Anyway this isn’t a place for politics, I’m sure Reese has enough to content with, without dealing with that subject.

No it’s completely blocked, there is a single page you can navigate to in order to request deletion. Then all you get is an automated email telling you that you can delete your account by logging in 
They have signed up to the age verification thing though, so people who want to can access it, Imgur have just removed the whole lot.
