I Need Help to downgrade to 2.2.2

I’m having to many problems since the new 2.3.0 upgrade with my playlists and songs not showing up on the Denon Go, so I need to go back to the last version 2.2.2 but I don’t know how to downgrade, can anybody please tell me the process? Please? I’m not good at computers, I really appreciate your help. Thank you.

Download the USB version update

  1. Copy the xxxx.img file to the root folder of an exFat or Fat32 USB drive.
  2. Eject the drive safely and insert it into your device.
  3. Power on your device.
  4. Open the Control Panel by swiping down from the top of the screen, then navigate to the ABOUT / UPDATE tab.
  5. Locate the UPDATE FIRMWARE section and tap the word REBOOT
  6. Confirm that this is the correct version you want to update to by pressing yes.
  7. The device display should now show update screen the following text: Updating… Player will reboot after update. Do not power off.
  8. After the update is finished, the unit will reboot with the new firmware. It’s advisable to power cycle the unit again manually before use

Thank you, I’ll try it.

What means “root folder” and where is it ?

It’s the very first page that appears when you click on the USB drive in Windows. So, plug in the drive, and it will be displayed. When you click on it, all the files and folders will be shown. That’s the “root folder”—the top level of its storage structure, directly after the drive letter.

Am I the only one who hears De La Souls “Name and Number” when I see this topictitle?
