No, that is what the pitch faders are for, so you can ‘line up’ the tracks to the same BPM before mixing them. Sync will do the same task for you but automatically, the track metadata should always be correct to what it is
so I’m in for the same problem with different approach:
EngineDJ Software isnt able to analyze my tracks correctly - about 50-60 Tracks won’t be analyzed correctly, even after erasing the ID3 BPM informations an re-analyzing!

Did you try to analyze them in different software, like Rekordbox, and is the issue still there, or is it only with Engine OS?
Did you selected the proper bpm range for the track analysis?
Yes, after erasing all ID3 Tags, they’ve been all analyzed with Serato DJ Pro - and wow - feels like magic … CORRECTLY!
double checked that right before analysis - excluded the faster tracks for seperate analysis.
