How do I save my loops/cue

My loops in the tracks ar not saving automatically everytime I start the controller again they are gone. How can I fix this problem

Are you using an SD Card with Write Protect on perchance?

I don’t use sd, at the moment I only use streaming from beatport to practice

You need a local storage to store your loops/cues etc. The streaming service will not save them for you.
