I have a question that i need to ask.
why is Denon focusing on updates for their mid-range equipment while overlooking the flagship models? Where are the SC6000 Prime updates for Bluetooth and stems etc.?

You have to remember that ONLY the Prime 4+ has been marketed as a product that would be able to play stems.
I have had the SC5K’s and now the SC6K’S, and 2day the both can do way more than I ever hoped, and asked for.
When it comes to “demanding” more functionalites than the products has written on the box, I believe we all need to take it a bit slower. The Denon devs has already put in a huge effort in giving us more than whats on the box. I cant see what more we can ask for, even though we can hope that we still are part of whatever roadmap lays ahead.
I cant wait to see what upgrades (units) there will be coming in the future so I can move on from SC6K’s even though I love those units, and they are still way better than any newer “competition” on the market.
You’ve sort of answered your own question. Flagship models are one level of professionalism … Bluetooth, well, that’s lovely for little house parties or turning up at a basketball court and distracting the bb players with a little jammin’ sesh, but Bluetooth out (excluding AuraCast development) is far from professional
You have to differentiate between separate / modular units, and all-in-one systems. Not up/mid/low tiers. Prime 4+ is also a flagship, just in its own category. Yet, it got full Bluetooth support, because it makes more sense there (and you have the entire audio routing and processing pipeline inside one unit).
